Which Cartridges/Used Cell Phones do you accept for recycle?

Northwest Office Technologies accepts a wide variety of used cell phones and inkjet/laser jet printer, fax , copier and multi-function cartridges and.  As a matter of fact, we accept the largest selection of empty cartridges, including both the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) as well as compatible and remanufactured cartridges of any recycling program in the world!  market conditions can change frequently, therefore we have provided a Used Cell Phone Acceptance List and a Cartridge Acceptance List which is updated monthly.

How much do you pay for the Cartridges/Used Cell Phones?

Empty inkjet, laser jet, fax and copier cartridges are subject to changes in market conditions just like many other commodities.  The factors of supply and demand greatly affect their individual dollar values.  Northwest Office Technologies will strive to honor the established cartridge acceptance pricing for the given month.  however, changes may occur from time to time.  For the most up to date pricing at all times go to our website, www.nwofficetechnologies.com and click on "Cartridge Acceptance List".  For Used Cell Phones, we pay $1.00 for analog phones and $3.00 for digital cell phones.

How should I package my Used Cell Phones/Empty Cartridges for return?

The original packaging is always the best way to protect the cartridges during shipping.  Inkjet cartridges can be packed in the original boxes and placed in large shipping cartons.  Toner cartridges in the original boxes can be taped together in bundles of four of six using shipping tape or placed in larger shipping cartons.  If the original boxes are not available, bubble-wrap, peanuts or other material should be used to protect the cartridges.  Used cell phones should be shipped in separate boxes or in small boxes within larger boxes in order to keep them from getting ink/toner on them.  Northwest Office Technologies will not pay for used cell phones cartridges which are broken or damaged.

Who pays the shipping costs?

Northwest Office Technologies will pay shipping costs on any order of cartridges.  Prepaid UPS or DHL labels will be provided for less than pallet quantities.  For larger shipments, we will arrange for a trucking company to pick up your cartridges.

How do I go about returning my Used Cell Phones/Empty Cartridges?

Simply box up empty cartridges, either email us or call us if you need more shipping labels, place labels on boxes, call UPS or DHL for pick up if you don't have a regular delivery schedule, give boxes to the driver, and we'll do the rest.  For larger pallet shipments, call us so we can make arrangements with a trucking company to come pick up the shipment.  Once the cartridges have been received and inspected, you should receive your payment in approximately 30 days.
