PSI Compatible Imaging Cartridges are manufactured using precisely matched new and reconditioned components. PSI™ warrants its compatible cartridges against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the manufacture date, which can be found on the bottom of the box.

In the event of defect in material or workmanship during the warranty period, the cartridges must be properly packaged and returned to PSI™ along with the senders mailing address. Products that are found to be defective after inspection will be replaced at no cost. Please allow up to eight weeks for product replacement. PSI™ will not be responsible for returning products that do not have a return mailing address enclosed. This warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Any damage caused to PSI Compatible Imaging Cartridges due to accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, or unauthorized tampering voids all warranties. PSI™ will not be liable under any circumstances for incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits. Any returns that are found not to be defective will be subject to a 25% restocking fee  and a credit for future purchases will be placed on an in house account. (Shipping is not refundable)
