TECH TIPS
1. Keep a set of replacement feed rollers in your drawer. If consistent
paper jams occur with your laser printer, you should replace the feed rollers. By having an extra set of replacement rollers...you
will save time and the cost of a service call. If you need assistance with ordering replacement rollers or installation, please

2. Make sure you keep printers free of paper dust
and toner. This will help reduce paper jams and costly service calls. Purchase a data vac and do quick cleaning when the toner

3. What causes faded print resolution on my laser printer? Light print can be caused by a number of things. First
try replacing the toner cartridge. If that doesn't work check the print quality menu to assure the econo mode is off and the

4. When the "User Maintenance" message is displayed after an assigned number of prints are generated
from your printer. Although this message will not shut down your printer, it is recommended that a maintenance kit be replaced
